Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using Economove (the "service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Legal Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Economove is an educational and research tool. It provides analytics, signals, indicators, back-tests, and market-related content intended to help you conduct your own research. Nothing on the service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not a broker, dealer, adviser, or fiduciary. You are solely responsible for any trade or financial decision you make.

Our signals are produced by a mix of rules-based logic and AI models designed to detect potential disruptions or unusual conditions in the market. They are educational indications, not accuracy scores, probabilities, or forecasts. No strategy is objectively better than another, and the fact that a rule fires does not mean the outcome will be correct or profitable.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in your country of residence.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to compromise its integrity.

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Prices, features, and trial terms are as displayed at checkout. Unless required by applicable consumer law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current period.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or expose the service or its output to third parties.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source data at scale.
• Use the service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Interfere with the service's operation, security, or other users.
• Present the service's output as personalised financial advice to others.

The service, including its software, models, design, branding, and content, is owned by Economove or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your personal, internal research purposes, in accordance with these terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. See our Legal Disclaimer for full details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Economove and its operators shall not be liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Economove and its operators from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnification) will survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the service or by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence remain unaffected.
